Do you prefer your meat grilled on a flat plate, on raised ribs, or over the open fire? We have a number of choices to pick from. The 13mm thick cast iron barbeque plates retain heat well and do not buckle. They have a surrounding ridge to prevent spillage of fat with a trough to collect the excess and two types of grilling surfaces, one part just plain smooth, the other ribbed. We can also alter our pattern length to meet your requirements.
